As Global Business Development Director, Kyla works closely with key leaders and offices across the TBWA global network to drive growth for the agency, including new business, organic growth and promoting the network’s latest platforms and services such as Disruption Live. She also holds the title of Director of Business Development and member of the executive leadership team for TBWA\Chiat\Day New York.
Kyla joined TBWA’s New York office in January of 2014, and has since spearheaded the agency’s unprecedented run of new business wins, including H&M, NBCUniversal, Travelers Insurance, Amway, Thomson Reuters, Hearts On Fire, and Pernod Ricard’s Kenwood Vineyards. Her experience encompasses a diverse range of markets and brands, including Coca-Cola, Kraft, Virgin, Microsoft and L'Oreal.
Formerly Director of Business Development in Europe for Crispin Porter + Bogusky in London, Kyla led winning European pitches for Coke Zero, Diesel, Ubisoft, Captain Morgan, and the global Turkish Airlines account.
She first began her career at TBWA at the network’s Sydney-based WHYBIN\TBWA, and gained additional global experience working at both Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Kyla is an established industry speaker, having been featured at Advertising Week and Harvard Women in Business events. She also has the distinction of being recognized by the IPA & Campaign’s “Women of Tomorrow.”
